Who Drew This?

    "Not sure who drew that spot. Lowell Hess sounds like a good guess. It was way before my days at Handyman."

    Jay Lynch has left a tantalizing comment at the post about who it might be: He suggests a Chicago illustrator named Don Margules. I'm not familiar with his work -- anyone?
