Mike, this is a goldmine. These cartoonists were--along with the greats who were published in the Sunday Comic section of the Detroit Free Press and the comic book artists--the ones who inspired me to make my living as a humorous illustrator. I owe John Gallagher and Henry Syverson a huge debt and I owe you one, too, for making these neglected gems available to the public after all these years. Thank you.
