  1. Here are the descriptions on the three types of half dressed cartoon animal and the fully dressed cartoon animal.

    1) Pantless or Bare-bottomed: wears a shirt or some other kind of top, but no pants, skirt, or overalls. This also refers to characters wearing dresses or skirts with shirts but without underwear.
Examples: Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Huey, Dewey, and Louie, Porky Pig, Winnie the Pooh, Buster Bunny, Wakko Warner, Sally Acorn, Squidward Tentacles

    2) Shirtless or Bare-chested: wears pants, skirt, or overalls, but no shirt or any other kind of top. Some characters wearing skirts without shirts are not wearing any underwear.
Examples: Oswald The Lucky Rabbit, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse (sometimes), Cindy Bear, Magilla Gorilla, Yakko and Dot Warner, Patrick Star, Tai Lung, Crash Bandicoot

    3) Accessory Wearing: wears some sort of accessory, like a hat, gloves, a bow, tie (or bowtie), a necklace, a collar, e.t.c., or socks and/or shoes, but is otherwise, well, naked.
Examples: Clara Cluck, Bugs Bunny, Yogi Bear and Booboo, Sonic The Hedgehog, Slappy Squirrel, Perry The Platypus, Donkey Kong, Wally Gator, Tony The Tiger

    4) Fully Dressed
Barefoot Examples: Gadget Hackwrench, Minerva Mink, Chicken Little, Honest John, Lola Bunny, Speedy Gonzales, Huckle Cat
Shoe-Wearing Examples: Goofy Goof, SpongeBob SquarePants, Kitty Katswell

  2. Minnie Mouse was usually shirtless more in the older appearances and usually fully dressed more in the more modern appearances. Babs Bunny is usually fully dressed, but in a few outfits, she is shirtless.
