Ray Bradbury 1920-2012

Ray Bradbury died on Tuesday, June 5th at the age of 91 in Los Angeles, CA. The New York Times has an obituary here.

    Thanks for noting the passing of this giant of an author. I recall reading a collection of his short stories on a sweltering summer day at my cousins' house in Sonoma when I was a young teenager. It was like being welcomed into a world of secret knowledge and it influenced my reading for years. I am sad to see him go.
