For sure, that 33 year run on the Phantom and the MLK Jr book (for which he was only credited a couple of years ago) are huge credits. But he has a third credit that’s also fairly important: His inks over Alex Toth ca the late 40s/early 50s established DC’s house style well into the 1960s, maybe even a little beyond.
