Gotta go check his stuff out...
Motion capture and facial capture are two extremely useful techhologies currently impacting 3D animation.
Like rotoscoping, they're also easily misused by people who don't have a good visual sense about animation.
But Kal looks like he knows what he'd doing! very effective and I'm sure it saves him and his animators hours if not days of hand-animating.
Good use of a time-saving technology. I would love to see a longer version of this! Thanks for the link, Mike!
