The Fubiz blog highlights many photos like the one above, matching movies with NYC locations.
While there are a few classics represented, like THE FRENCH CONNECTION above, a lot are from the past generation, with B&W glossies held up in front of the current location from movies like WHEN HARRY MET SALLY, HOME ALONE 2, the latest BATMAN movie. Many photos, many "ahas!" and a good number of "mehs" from me. Would love to see some more stuff like where Jack Lemmon lived in THE APARTMENT, ditto Jason Robards in A THOUSAND CLOWNS, maybe some WEST SIDE STORY locations, MOONSTRUCK, etc.
