Burlington, VT: The second annual Non-Fiction Comics Festival will be held November 18, 2023 from 11am - 6pm at the Fletcher Free Library. Admission is free. However, there are events from Friday through Sunday. Guests and exhibitors include Vermont Cartoonist Laureate Tillie Walden, cofounder of The Center for Cartoon Studies James Sturm, The Nib founder Matt Bors, Keith Knight, Dan Nott (who drew the poster), Jason Lutes, Rick Veitch, Stephen R. Bissette, James Kochalka, Marek Bennett and many more. A complete list is here.
