"The Death of Spock" Playset

So, it's a generation after STAR TREK II: THE WRATH OF KHAN came out. I did not know it, but Trekmovie reports that way back in 1982, there were no TWOK action figure toys. But, do not grieve, Admiral; Action Figure Express is churning out toys, including the Death of Spock playset which "includes a radiation version of Spock and a grieving Admiral Kirk." Plus three extra hands for Spock! See below!

And apparently two versions of Kirk with and without the bloody handprint of Engineer's Mate Peter Preston. Or maybe, like Spock's three detachable hands, that Kirk comes with two different tunics--blood and no blood.

If I had any room at all in my office for more toys, these would be top of the list.

I can appreciate these having collected quite a few of the Star Trek figures in the past. Data on the Transporter was a staple on my desk for several years. These are great!

Mark Anderson bought me a cool Mego Captain Kirk doll as a housewarming present that lives in my office. No more toys after that! You can't top The Shat!

OK, maybe an Enterprise model. And maybe a green Orion slavegirl. And a tribble.
