There is nothing like a teenager. You know teenagers. They hog the phone, they date, they listen to their 45s, they hang out at the malt shop. And none of them have heard of an iPhone ... at least that's the way things were in the hardcover gag cartoon collection TEENSVILLE U.S.A., which is copyright 1959 by prolific gag cartoon collection editor Lawrence Lariar. Here are some cartoons from that dusty tome.
