Sunday afternoon, at the intersection of Broadway and Waterman in South Portland, there were a couple of young men holding signs supporting their second amendment rights. There was a prominent “Honk if you support your 2nd amendment rights” sign. One fellow swung a large flag with a photo an AK-47. This was just over a week and a half after the Lewiston shooting that killed 18 people.
It was a busy day. There was heavy traffic. No one honked.
