The world is a better place knowing that Sandra Boynton is in it, drawing and composing music. I met her at a cartoonists convention years ago and she has always treated me like a colleague. She wrote a lovely bit of cover hype for a book of cartoons I edited. Here she is talking about her career, and pay attention to the "getting a percentage of sales" comment about her early days drawing greeting cards.
