Originally published in the National Lampoon in 1970, Sam Gross' "Frog Legs" original drawing is up for sale on eBay. The bids start at $20,000.
This is a seminal drawing. A perennial favorite, it's a classic gag cartoon that defines Gross and this is a unique opportunity to own it.

Surely one of the greatest gag cartoons of all time.
I have this very cartoon (yeah, a reprint) signed personally by my friend Sam and it's hanging proudly in my studio. He did draw a little frog on the reprint. I'm selling it for only $10,000. HAHA!
It is a classic.
Sam Gross' work belongs in the MOMA, period.
