I would love to see a copy of this. Never have.
Al Wiseman is best known as Hank Ketcham's DENNIS THE MENACE assistant. He produced many, many issues of the DTM comic book.
Which gives me an excuse to post a couple of grand Wiseman art examples:
DENNIS THE MENACE #119, March 1972,
DENNIS THE MENACE FAR OUT SPACE STORIES, No. 48, Summer 1967.
Back cover of DENNIS THE MENACE FAR OUT SPACE STORIES, No. 48, Summer 1967.

JAlways great to see appreciations of the great Al Wiseman! Just a heads up though that the first comic book cover example you posted is not of Al Wiseman's work, but a later ghost artist. Wiseman stop working for Ketcham in the early to mid 60s and although his work from the 50's and 60s was often reprinted this 1970s cover was not his. All the best!
Great site. Al wasn't his "assistant," however, he was the long-time initial ghost cartoonist who developed the cartoon with my Uncle Fred Toole based on a handshake deal with Hank and my grandfather's (Al Wiseman's) work was based off of real life faces and imagery - technically extremely high in quality and he was an amazing artist in his own right, apart from this project. You can read more at http://www.AlWiseman.org - have a great day! ~ Aliza Wiseman
