From the Dick Buchanan Files: Certified Vintage Gag Cartoons 1940 - 1961

It's a rainy day here in the Northeast, and a gloomy one. Here to lift the gloom, is gag cartoon curator, Dick Buchanan, with another twenty lovely moldy old magazine cartoons culled from his massive Cartoon Clip File in Greenwich Village. Thanks, and take it away, Dick:
