This is hilarious! Funny how long the "loose collar" cliche hung on. I remember seeing it in the 1950s, long after attached collars were the standard. This reminds me of Mort Walker's Lexicon of Comicana, though King doesn't try to name things. I'm sure many other artists did similar cartoons over the years. I wonder if Walker ever saw this one.
