Too much rain and cloud has pretty much devastated the tomatoes and squash. This is too bad, but can't be helped. The zinnias are finally blooming and will remain so for a couple of months. I have some new cucumbers coming up and need to plant some lettuce for fall. I'm rushing around this morning, trying to get things done before the first day of classes at New England College, where I'll be teaching a couple of classes on comics.
