Washington Post Writers Group Columnist Kathleen Parker writes about newspaper editors declining to run a potentially offensive cartoon: OPUS by Berkeley Breathed. There are links to the last two Sunday strips, which 25 newspapers have chosen not to run, at the above link.
Whenever a paper decides not to run something, it's off to the Internets to go and find it. The more controversy, the easier people can find the thing and make up their own mind.

I agree, what's the point?! If they were smart they'd put it up at their won site and get some traffic! :)
