This 11 minute vintage film of Milton Caniff, in his studio, is from the Prelinger Archives. There is no sound -- but it's a fascinating look at Caniff, brush in hand, drawing.

So was that Frank Engli's hand in the opening shot? Looked more like his lettering than Caniff's. Was Engli also left-handed?
Wow. Yes, that's a good question. I would think it was Engli, but I really cannot know.
Would love to get someone else's input, including who shot the footage and what (if anything) was it used for.
