The three new raised beds have done well this summer, but it's time to put the garden to bed. I've pulled up most of the vegetables. The tomatoes keep coming. While we've had a couple of nights in the 30s, we haven't come close to freezing yet, so they are hanging in there -- and even producing new tomatoes.
The zucchinis and cucumbers are pulled up. A few radishes and carrots are hanging on, but they'll be picked soon.
It's fall, and the colors are looking great.
And there are still a few flowers, getting their bloom on before winter.
Oh, the hummingbirds left a couple weeks ago. I need to take down their feeder (on the left).
I do love the zinnias. They bloom as long as they can.
