This is an audio interview that Robin Williams conducted with George Lucas sometime after wrapping The Phantom Menace. There's a lot of talk about film industry and the changes going on. At one point, Lucas says that his Howard the Duck movie would make more money of he redid it with better then-new 1990s effects. I don't know if that's true, but it's obvious that these two guys know and like each other. It's a long, but an interesting ramble -- not really an interview, but a chat -- by two creative people on Star Wars and what works with movie characters ("Fans hated C3PO!") and what doesn't. A real slice of another time. It made me sad that Williams took his own life later. What a damn loss. And I was pretty amazed at the business acumen of Lucas, and how right he was about the future.
