Kiddie Records

Above: "How to Draw 1000 Funny Faces" by Louis Neistat from page 3 of the Kiddierecords site. Louis Neistat was the original name of Louis Nye. Hmm.

Just wanted to let you know about the Kiddierecords.com Web site, which was referenced in the post about Walt Kelly's NO! book. The site is a trove of all sorts of children's records from the post-war era with people like Don Wilson, Mel Blanc. Gene Autrey, Perry Como and other singing and talking just for the children. You can click the links and hear it all, scratches and tinny voices and celebrities of times past all await. The album art is worth the visit alone.
